You many think its a bit strange I'm posting about a Wordpress application for the N95 8GB on a VOX blog, but I have another blog for my Nokia N800 Internet Tablet at http://gerrymoth.wordpress.com.
The Wordpress application is called Scribe and can be downloaded from http://scribe.na.nu, you'll need to install Python for S60 before you can use Scribe, but all installation instructions and files needed can be found at the Scribe site.
This app is still in very early beta and I had initial problems getting it to work, but after a day jaikuing and IMing the creator Jay Fenton, he managed to update the application twice and I was able to get it fully working with my basic wordpress hosted blog.
The app runs a bit slow, so you may think you've not created a new post, but just give it a few seconds to catch up. Apart from that I'd like to thank Jay for a great little app which will come in very handy and I look forward to more improvements and additional features to Scribe.
Apps removed from last month:-

I was in a panic for about a week thinking Traffic Radio had stopped their MP3 audio streams, I use this service with the Nokia Internet Radio Player to check on the latest road conditions before venturing onto the English motorways.
I checked this morning as I set off down the M6 and found the streams are back working and I also got a call from the Highways Agency Customer Relations Team to say the service is now fully working.
While on the phone to the Highways Agency they mentioned ways of publicising the Traffic Radio service and I mentioned maybe adding the streams to the Nokia Internet Radio Player, so hopefully we may see the following in the Directories.
Traffic Radio North West (16k)

Traffic Radio North East (16k)

I've not posted about JoikuSpot before, mainly because I've never been able to get it working with my 3UK SIM, but I just noticed a post over at S60Blogger which has solved all this.
JoikuSpot allows your N95 to be used as a wifi spot (i.e. it acts like your router at home), so you can connect your PC/Laptop/Mobile Wifi Device to the internet via wifi. Note that the connection is not secure, so be careful where you use it, so others don't!
Just download the JoikuSpot application and using your PC or laptop to search for wifi connections and you will see your mobile labeled as JoikuSpot.... Once connected open your browser and point at http://192.168.2.1/joikuspot-accept You will now be able to access the internet.
I've put a copy of JoikuSpot HERE as sometimes I've found it difficult to connect to their site.
Got into work this morning and went through my usual routine, fired Jaiku Mobile up, opened Opera Mobile to view Google Reader and put Nokia Internet Radio on for some Dutch Dance Music, only when I used Taskman to switch from Nokia Internet Radio to Opera Mobile did I notice I had the built-in Web browser still running from last night with OVI Share page open and Shozu. I then wanted to check on a link someone had posted on Jaiku, so opened Opera Mini to checkout some Chav pictures (thanks @SteveRowlands), only then did I realise how powerful the N95 8GB is and how after only having the N95 8GB for a few weeks the way I use my mobile has changed. With the old N73 I was always having to close apps down before opening another one, checking Taskman to see how much RAM and memory I had left, well this is a thing of the past “The Power of the N95 8GB” has changed all that, open what you want, when you want it.
NOTE: Opera and Nokia, how about an
open ‘New Window’ or ‘New Tab’ function in the next release? I've got round it thanks to @shogun by opening http://wapreview.com/tab.htm and hitting Click to Open A New Window which as it suggests opens a new window.

I've taken the plunge and upgraded my current N73 on 3UK to the very nice looking Black N95 8GB.
Delivery has been promised for tomorrow the 12th Feb 2008, so I'll be looking for all those GPS and Feature Pack 1 applications I couldn't install on the N73 tonight, awaiting the gerrymoth's N95 8GB baby.
